With work we care about sustainability. Returning has an impact on the environment, so we apply the following conditions:

  • Our full range can be returned, we only ask you to pay the shipping costs yourself*
  • Articles from the Brands Workkliving, Sit and Move and Refurbished can be returned free of charge.
    *Except from the return right are customized products.

Sustainability
It is good to be aware that every transport movement generates CO2 emissions and contributes to climate change. Together with our customers, we work to reduce and advise the customer as well as possible in advance by the customer. If it is necessary to return a product, do not use an extra unnecessary packaging material or duct tape and bring the package to a package point if possible, if possible.

Returned products
Products that return are very extensively checked by us. Only if the product is 100% new, unused and undamaged can it be offered again as a new product. All other products are offered in our sample sale with a clear description of any user traces. No returns are burned or thrown away.

Why do we make a difference in this?
Millions of articles are destroyed worldwide because they are returned with poor quality or the item simply cannot be sold again. Sin and harmful to the environment! Our articles from the (home) office range, on the other hand, are taken back by our suppliers, checked, where necessary refurbished and are offered again as "second chances". As a result, raw materials and therefore articles are not unnecessarily lost.

You help us by registering your return in advance. Mail the data; Order number, reason for return and any photos of product (in the event of damage) to support@workliving.nl. We help you further.

Conditions of returning

You have the right to withdraw the agreement within a period of 30 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, gets it physically in possession. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of an unambiguous statement (for example in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) to revoke the agreement. You can use the model form for cancellation (Download here), but are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the cancellation
If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments that you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs as a result of your choice for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) at least no later than 14 days after we have been informed of
Your decision to revoke the agreement, back from us. If you only return part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you have performed the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; In any case, no costs will be charged for such a reimbursement. We can wait with a repayment until we have received the goods, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, depending on what time it will first fall. You must return or hand the goods to us back or to cancel the decree, but in any case no later than 30 days after the day on which you have announced the decision to revoke the agreement. You will be on time if you return the goods before the 30 -day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account. You are only liable for the value reduction of the goods that is the result of the use of the goods that goes beyond the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

Services

You have the right to withdraw a service within a period of 14 days without giving reasons the agreement. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you purchased the service. The same applies to reimbursement as with products.
